Hello again!
I wanted to tell you a little bit more about myself so that you can get a feel for who I am.
I am a young UX professional with a background in e-learning creation and implementation, visual communication, and design. I started off in visual design before moving into interaction and UX design, along the way I learnt how to make something make sense not only visually but also structurally by considering all the decisions behind the design. I've also learnt how to work with people from stakeholders to end users and everyone along the way, both in teams or by myself.

I am fluent in English, French and Portuguese and have good Dutch and Spanish, as well as this I have lived in Belgium and the UK and worked across many sectors - all of this makes me adaptable and versatile in many environments and helps me understand who I'm working with that much more easily.

Digital Learning Content Creator
Through a UX design approach I developed, designed the visual and interactive elements, tested and supported the digital learning experience within EMR to create effective learning interventions.
I built e-learning courses across a range of topics such as Health and Safety focused compliance training, system training to effectively embed new software within the company or softer more behavioural changes to drive a winning culture.
I have the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, subject matter experts and the rest of my team to design, implement and roll-out effective solutions, all while managing expectations and workload to ensure that I meet deadlines.

I delivered customer service and liaised with clients, managers and kitchen staff. I set up, prepared, turned around and closed down events and was responsible over floor at times, all whilst keeping calm under time pressure. Serving food, clearing away tables and bar back duties when necessary.

Worked directly with students and staff and ran the 5 person writer’s team to ensure deadlines and meet objectives. Helped promote the magazine, design the issues and created written and illustrative content for printed and online media.
